Fantastic Beys, Fantastic Service

Had a great experience so far with this company. I purchased this pack a week or two ago and received my beyblades a few days ago. The beyblades were great, and I was loving the first day goofing around with them. However, a few hours in, disaster struck. One of my tops burst in sunder mid-battle, and my heart sunk. I had just bought these, and already one has broken? Not even a small break. Almost half of the metal ring was sheared off and the Beyblade no longer spun. I didn’t think too much of it, and continued playing with the other beyblades that came in the pack, only to have another one break in another battle, with one of the mounting areas ripping off of the fusion wheel. It was mildly devastating. I didn’t know what to do, so I submitted a support ticket, told them what happened, and gave them the order number. Not forty-eight hours later, they had contacted me, I had provided photos, and a new shipment is on its way with two replacement beys to cover for the loss. I’ve worked with customer service before, and I’m a salesman myself, and I’ve never had customer service do something for me that quickly or efficiently. I am forever grateful and will be sure to do all of my beyblading business with only this company, as they have earned my respect.

I should mention, the other beys are in really good condition and appear to be working and battling well. I’m not sure if it was just a fluke or if it was a factory error or something for those two that broke, but I do know that the others are really high quality and have been put through the paces already. Figured I should mention that they don’t just explode mid battle all the time and you probably won’t need replacements. They work great and are built strong, I just got some weak ones.
